i think i like the sandwich version better than the taco…
the filling is:
about 1 & 1/2cupsof ricotta cheese to 1/2 cup powdered sugar
a capfull of vanilla & some orange peel - blended with a hand-blender
smear some on a pizelle & add mini chocolate chips & another pizelle & you have a cannoli sandwich…
perfect cure for a bad day!
